The Full Pack is a digital product that unlocks right away, so purchases are generally final. But we want every family to have a magical season, so please reach out if something isn't working.
If something goes wrong
- Activation link didn't work: contact us and we'll fix your access.
- Printables look wrong: check the printing tips on Elf Support, then contact us if they still don't print.
- Charged twice or never got access: we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Etsy orders
Orders placed on Etsy are processed by Etsy. Message us through Etsy or our contact page, and any refund we approve is issued through Etsy. Etsy's own purchase protection policies also apply.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
