Help is on the way
Elf Support
Quick answers for busy elf helpers. Still stuck? Send us a note at the bottom.
Is this a PDF or an app?
Both. Check Your Elf is a digital planner app that builds your 24-night elf calendar, plus printable notes, letters and a magic rescue certificate you can print at home.
What's free and what's in the Full Pack?
Anyone can build a plan and see the first 7 nights on screen. The Full Pack unlocks all 24 nights, every printable, writing your own ideas, and personal messages on letters and notes.
I bought on Etsy. How do I get access?
Open the welcome PDF from your Etsy download, tap the activation link, and sign in or create an account. Your Full Pack unlocks instantly — no codes to type.
Will my plan save?
Yes. Sign in and your plan saves to your account, so you and a partner can open it on any device with the same login.
Can I change the ideas?
Absolutely. Try another idea on any night, drag two nights to swap them, or write your own idea (Full Pack). Reshuffling is unlimited.
We forgot to move the elf!
Hit the 11 PM Panic button for an instant idea that needs nothing extra.
Someone touched the elf!
Use Elf SOS! Magic Rescue for a gentle recovery plan and a printable certificate.
My printables look wrong.
Print from a computer or phone browser with scaling at 100% and 'background graphics' turned on. Letter or A4 paper both work.
